Three Consecutive Birdies Carry Pierre-Henri Soero to 14th Win

Greg Forest, Scott Marino, Michael Midgette and Ben Silverman tied for second at 68.

LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Pierre-Henri Soero of Palm Beach Gardens made three consecutive birdies on the front nine Tuesday and held on for his 14th victory on the Golfslinger.com Tour. Soero, 28, finished with a four under par 67 on the West course at Fountains Country Club. After birdies on the sixth, seventh and eighth holes, he made two birdies and a bogey on the back nine.

Soero received $1,000 from the $3,922 purse, raising his career earnings to pocket change short of $50,000, or $49,995.95 since he joined Golfslinger in March, 2008.

Greg Forest of Stuart, Scott Marino from Tequesta, Michael Midgette of Plainville, N.Y., and Ben Silverman of Palm Beach Gardens, tied for second at 68.

There was $130 in the skins pot with 4 skins out worth $32.50 each.
