Jacob Korb wins by 3 for second big Victory in October

LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Jacob Korb of Jupiter fired am eight under par 63 and won by three strokes in Fuzion Minor League Golf Tour action Wednesday on the West course at Fountains Country Club.

Korb eagled the par-5 11th hole and birdied Nos. 6, 7, 10, 14, 15 and 16. It was Korb’s fifth career MLGT victory, his fourth this year and second this month. He earned $925 from the $5,693 purse.

Guy Boros, Ben Siverman, and Kyle Willmann tied for 2nd at 5-under par 66, followed by Brian Anderson and Steve LeBrun at 67. Five players tied for seventh with 69.

There was $180 in the skins pot with 3 skins out worth $60 each.
