Andrew Pressentin wins by a shot over Greg O'Mahony

PLANTATION, Fla. – Andrew Pressentin of Palmetto Bay fired a five under par 66 Monday to earn his second victory on the Fuzion-Minor League Golf Tour. Pressentin edged Greg O’Mahoney of Tequesta by a stroke on the East course at Jacaranda Golf Club.

Pressentin eagled the par-5 11th hole and also had four birdies and a bogey, earning $750 from the $3,881 purse. He scored his first MLGT victory June 24 at Fountains CC-West near Lake Worth. O’Mahoney made six birdies and two bogeys for 67, second among 32 starters, and received $525. O’Mahony has 10 MLGT wins.

Play was interrupted for an hour and a half by lightning and rain.

There was $160 in the skins pot with four skins out worth $40 each.
