Pierre-Henri Soero shoots 68, wins by 1 shot

PALM CITY, Fla. –Pierre-Henri Soero of Palm Beach Gardens birdied his first four holes Monday and went on to post a four under par 68 at The Evergreen Club for his seventh victory on the Golfslinger.com Tour.

After his fast start, Soero added two more birdies (Nos. 15 and 17) and a pair of bogeys (Nos. 6 and 11) to win by a shot. He earned $1,000 from the $4,859 purse.

Tim Turpen of West Palm Beach shot 34-35—69 to tie for second place with Kyle Willmann of Palm City fired 36-33—69.

The Golfslinger’s fourth tournament of the year drew 38 starters.

There was $150 in the skins pot with 7 skins out worth $22.86 each.
