Soo 'Eric' Ahn fires 7-under par 65 for 1st GOLFslinger Tour win

Alfredo Adrian shoots 68 for solo second place

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Soo “Eric” Ahn of Plantation, making just his third start on the Golfslinger.com Tour, earned his first victory Monday with a seven under par 65 at the TPC at Eagle Trace.

Ahn, with nine birdies and two bogeys, won by three strokes over Alfredo Adrian of Sunrise and earned $1,000 from the $8,115 purse. A week ago, Ahn shot 74 to tie for 16th at nearby Jacaranda GC’s West course. Adrian was second among 67 entries, scoring 68 on six birdies and two bogeys, receiving $700.

Sunny Kim and Kyle Willmann tied for third at 2-under par 70.

There was $330 in the skins pot with 3 skins out worth $110 each.
