Keep Palm Beach County Beautiful, Inc., a local 501©(3) non-profit has submitted a grant entry through a contest sponsored by Troy-bilt. We are hoping to win $10,000 to help build a Community Garden for a poor neighborhood in Riviera Beach Heights. The Community Garden will be built on an empty lot and it will help redevelop this area. This is a neighborhood very close to the Port of Palm Beach. We are in partnership with the Riviera Beach CRA on this project.

What do we need to do to win? We have got to beat 5 other communities (Carbondale, IL,; Hammond, LA; Indianapolis, IN; Shreveport, LA; and Rome, NY) in a contest on the Troy-bilt “Take Root” contest page to get the most votes to win the top prize. Right now Rome, NY is beating us, so we need your help!

The first time you vote, it will ask to access your PUBLIC profile. This is so the app can keep track that you only vote once a day.
