SAN LUIS POTOSI, Mexico - Oscar Fraustro from Mexico City, Mexico and Jupter, FL, birdied the 3rd playoff hole to win the San Luis Championship on the PGA Tour Latinoamerica. He outlasted Carlos Sainz Jr. and Brad Hopfinger after the three men tied at 9-under par 279.
Hopfinger drove it in the water on the first playoff hole and Sainz and Fraustro moved on with pars. After the 2 men tied on the 2nd playoff hole Fraustro hit it close for birdie on the 3rd playoff hole which resulted in a winning birdie.

Fraustro has played on the Minor League Golf Tour since February 2017 winning 3 times and finishing in the top five 11 times. We are happy Oscar has utilized the MLGT to stay sharp in between bigger events.
