NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla. – Derrick Bohannon of Jensen Beach and Shelbyville, Ky., fired a five under par 66 Wednesday at North Palm Beach Country Club to earn his 21st victory on the GOLFslinger Tour and the $1,000 first place check.
His third victory in five events also earned Bohannon a second check for $1,000, this one for winning the 5th 2012 GOLFslinger Bonus Contest.
The 2012 GOLFslinger.com Tour has 10 Web.com/Nationwide Tour Monday Qualifier Bonus Contests worth $1,000 each.
Each contest is 2 weeks (6 playing days) and depending on the contest either the leading money winner or lowest total score for the six days (like Q-School Finals) will win the bonus.
