RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. - Minor League Golf Tour Intern Nicole Sakamoto shoots rounds of 77-70-72-72 for a total of 291 and earns a spot in Stage 2 of qualifying school for the LPGA Tour. Stage 1 was contested in Rancho Mirage, CA on the Palmer and Dinah Shore Course at Mission Hills Country Club August 3-9. Nicole finsihed in a tie for 42nd place out of 272 women. The top 60 and ties advanced to Stage 2.

Nicole will compete at Stage 2 October 19-25 at Plantation Golf and Country Club in Venice, FL. Congratulations Nicole and good luck at 2nd stage!
