First and foremost thank you for your support of the Minor League Golf Tour. Since 2004 we have strived to provide an affordable training ground for golfers that aspire to play on the PGA Tour. The past three years demand has increased at our events, for which we are thankful, but it has created a problem. Previously players were able to register for as many events as they wanted to without having to pay until days before the event. This led to very long waiting lists and 50, 60, 70 and even in some cases 100 players withdrawing per event. Because players were allowed to withdraw so close to the event with no penalty it has caused a lot of issues with host venues and players on the waiting list making other plans because they assumed they were not going to get into the event.

In an effort to better serve our players and host venues, effective immediately, payment is required to register for an event, and the registration deadline is 7 days prior to the event start date. If spots are available you can register within 6 days of the event with a $20 late fee.

Withdrawal Policy
7+  days prior to event - No Penalty
6-2  days prior to event - $20 Penalty*
1 day before event - $50 Penalty
Day of event - $50 Penalty + course fee if applicable
*Majors and other big events - $100 Penalty within 6 days of event
**WD exception - If you successfully advance through a pre qualifier or Monday qualifier and the Monday qualifer or actual event conflicts with the MLGT event you will receive a full refund.

We are confident this change will make the MLGT better for the players, host venues and tour staff.
