
WELLINGTON, Fla. – Carl McCauley of Parkland won his second straight start on the Golfslinger.com Tour with a six under par 66 at The Wanderers Club. He got off to a fast start with six birdies on his first eight holes and finished with eight birdies and two bogeys Monday, earning $610 from the $1,880 purse.
McCauley won by six strokes over Sunny Kim, Palm Beach Gardens, and Brian Anderson, Rochester, Ill., who matched par-72s to tie for second among 12 starters. By comparison, last Thursday at Fountains CC west of Lake Worth, McCauley went three extra holes with Jimmy Lytle to win in a playoff at 68.
