STUART, Fla. – Chad Bricker of Waynesboro, Pa., won for the second time on the Golfslinger.com Tour with a four under par 68 Thursday at the Champions Club. Bricker made six birdies and two bogeys and collected $540, raising his career earnings to $4,288.20 since February, 2011. His previous victory was on Nov. 8, 2012 at Ocean Breeze GC in Boca Raton.
Justin Dorward of Port St. Lucie was second among five starters with 70 on an eagle at the eighth hole, three birdies and three bogeys. It was his best finish since joining Golfslinger in January, 2013.
Golfslinger plays three 18-hole tournaments next week before taking a two-week summer break: Monday, Atlantis CC; Wednesday, Abacoa GC; and Thursday, Martin Downs CC. Play will resume July 7 at Jupiter CC.
