LAUDERHILL, Fla. – Alvin Okada of Waianae, Hawaii overcame four weather delays that totaled 4 hours and 28 minutes Wednesday at Inverrary Country Club to earn his first victory on the Minor League Golf Tour. Okada bested a four-player field with a three over par 75 on the East course with two birdies and five bogeys. He edged Richard Trotter of Fort Lauderdale, FL who shot 76 on three birdies and seven bogeys.
Alvin earned $300 for the victory raising his earnings to $5,722.61 since September 2014.
