LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Bo Hoag of Columbus, OH, won for the seventh time on the Minor League Golf Tour with a six under par 66 Sunday at Winston Trails Golf Club. Hoag won by two shots on seven birdies and a bogey at the par-3 seventh hole. He earned $500 from the $1,755 purse and an additional $150 from an optional bonus pool, raising his career earnings to $37,036 since joining the MLGT in November, 2011.
Tied for second at 68 were Sunny Kim of Queens, NY, who has 45 MLGT wins, and Jorge Garcia of Miami, an amateur who was making his first MLGT start while he's home from school at the University of Florida. Each made five birdies and a bogey.
