Sunny Kim of Queens, NY wins 2021 Monday Qualifier Contest #5 presented by Abacoa Golf Club with a 3-event cumulative score of 196 (69-63-64). The contest consisted of the three 1-day events played this week at PGA Estate, Seagate CC and PGA Estate.
Kim entered the final round with a 3 shot lead over Eric Beringer but his front nine 30 in the final round grew his lead to 9 shots which is what the final margin of victory would be.
Kim wins a $1,000 bonus for his fine play this week to go compete in a Monday Qualifier on the PGA Tour or Korn Ferry Tour.
