PALM CITY, Fla. – While neither player made a bogey, Gavin Hall of Pittsford, NY, edged Marc Mazza of Palm Beach Gardens, FL by a stroke Wednesday, 66-67, in a Minor League Golf Tour tournament on the Osprey Creek course at Martin Downs Golf Club.

Hall, 25, had five birdies in gaining his ninth MLGT win while Mazza, 37, made four birdies en route to his bogey free 67. Hall earned $925 from the $4,925 purse. Mazza, runner-up among 37 starters, received $600.

The MLGT returns to action Monday at Eagle Trace Golf Club in Coral Springs followed by a 36-hole event Wednesday and Thursday on the South course at Fountains CC, Lake Worth.
