CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Michael Buttacavoli from Miami Beach, FL did not make a bogey en route to his 6th win on the MLGT. Starting on the 10th hole he went out in 3-under par 31. He would make 5 birdies on the inward nine to match 31's and a 8-under par 62.
Buttacavoli earned $800 from the $4,021 purse plus $200 from the bonus pool for a total of $1,000 raising his career earnings to 49,682.
Luke Graboyes was also bogey free and his 64 was good for a solo 2nd place finish and $750.
PGA Tour member Curtis Thompson came out to keep his game sharp on an off week from the tour. He carded a 2-under par 68. He has won four times on the MLGT including his first professional victory back in October 2014 at Eagle Trace.
