LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Ben Silverman from Juno Beach, FL did not card a bogey en route to his 39th win on the MLGT. His 7-under par 64 earned him $1,050 from the $6,654 purse plus $236 in the bonus pool for a total of $1,286 raising his career earnings to $143,081.
Silverman lost his playing privileges on the PGA Tour and Korn Ferry Tour for 2022 but is keeping his game sharp and working hard to get back out there.
Michael Kartrude was 2nd alone with a 5-under par 66 that included 5 birdies and no bogies.
Chris Ingham got off to a red hot start at -5 through 4 holes which included a hole out eagle two on the par-4 4th. That hole out turned out to be worth $760 as it was the only skin of the day.
Next on the schedule is a Korn Ferry Tour Qualifier Tune Up on the Tour course at Weston Hills on Monday January 17.
