DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Laura Restrepo from Panama becomes the 4th female in MLGT history to earn a victory. Her 4-under par 67 capped off by an eagle on the par-5 15th was two better than 2nd place. She earned $800 from the $3,105 purse.
Eric Beringer, Carson Klawonn and Timmy Wideman tied for 2nd at 69 and earned $450 each. Beringer added $177 from the bonus pool for a total of $627.
Restrepo's husband, Tevor Sluman finished 5th with a score of 71.
Next on the scheduled is the 5th "59 Challenge" on Monday at Fountains Country Club. The course will be setup under 6,000 yards with every par 5 easily reachable in two and four par 4's drivable. There will be a $1k bonus to be split amonst any players that break 60 on top of regular prize money.
