Carson Klawonn fires 65 on the West course at Fountains CC to win by one

Cameron Starr 2nd at 66 followed by Timmons and Smith tied for 3rd at 68

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - Carson Klawonn from West Palm Beach, FL bogied the final hole but it did not matter because of the two shot lead he built up with an eagle on the par-5 12th. His 6-under par 65 was one better than Cameron Starr who was just a couple groups in front of Klawonn.

Klawonn earned $800 from the $3,360 purse plus $183 from the bonus pool for a total of $983. Starr earned $717 for the solo 2nd. Starr got his first win last month and continues his fine form.

Next on the schedule is a 36 hole event on the East course at Jacaranda GC on Wed-Thurs.
