PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Ryan Davis from Berkeley Heights, NJ birdied the 6th playoff hole to outlast last week's winner Brett Stegmaier after the men tied at 6-under par in regulation. Davis and Stegmaier halved the first playoff hole with birdies then both parred the next four. On the 6th Brett missed his birdie chance from 25 feet then Davis rolled his birdie putt in from 12 feet. He earned $1,100 from the $5,445 purse. This was Ryan's 4th win on the MLGT.

The top 8 players (plus ties) from the regular event went to the island green 19th hole for a sudden death shootout where the furthest ball from the hole each round was eliminated. Brett Stegmaier outlasted everyone and won the shootout earning a $200 bonus. Robbie Higgins was 2nd and earned $150 and Brooks Hansen (a) was 3rd and earned $100.
