JUPITER, Fla. – In the senior division for players 47 and older, Adam Adams of Coconut Creek shot 70 and was the winner for the second time this week and fourth overall. He made four birdies and two bogeys. Adams collected $400 with the victory and $225 for a tie for sixth in the open division.
The 94th tournament of the year had 32 in the open division and six seniors, including three who paid a supplemental entry fee to play in both flights.
Three 18-hole tournaments are scheduled next week: Monday, The Club at Emerald Hills, Hollywood; Wednesday, West Pam Beach GC; and Thursday, North Palm Beach CC.
