Six birdies, an eagle and no bogies later the decision paid off. His 8-under par 63 on the West course at Fountains CC was two better than the field. His 31st win on the MLGT was worth $1,533. $1,300 from the $9,528 purse plus $233 from the bonus pool.
Patrick Sheehan was 2nd alone with 65 and earned $850. Alejandro Soto was 3rd with 66 and earned $950 which included bonus pool money.
