BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - John DuBois from Windermere, FL fired a final round 64 to come from behind and win by one over Blair Bursey and Jimmy Hervol and win for the 4th time on the MLGT. First round leader Blair Bursey birdied 15 and 16 to get within one and had a good look from 15 feet on the last to force a playoff but the putt slide by on the high side.
DuBois earned $2,650 from the $18,180 purse plus $445 from the bonus pool for a total of $3,095. Bursey and Hervol earned $1,750 each for the 2nd place finish. Hervol added $332 from the BP for a total of $2,082.
In a second day shootout Tuesday among players who shot 71 or higher Monday, Nicholas Infanti won $200 with a final round score of 65.
