Austin Lemieux (a) of Pittsburgh, PA wins 2026 Monday Qualifier Contest #5 presented by Abacoa Golf Club with a 3-day cumulative score of 200 (64-66-70). The contest consisted of the two events played this week at Abacoa GC and PGA National Fazio.
Lemieux entered the final round four shots clear of the field but a strong final round 64 by Michael Mays put the pressure on. Austin came to the 17th hole one behind but hit a great second shot to 10 feet and rolled in the eagle putt to take a one shot lead to the last. He would make par on the last and earn the $1k bonus to use for his next Monday qualifier.
Austin wins a $1,000 bonus for his fine play this week to go compete in a Monday Qualifier on the PGA Tour or Korn Ferry Tour.
