PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Ricardo Celia from Miami, FL fired a final round 66 in difficult windy conditions to come from behind and win 2023 Major III. On the Champ course at PGA National, Celia made 10 birdies and 3 bogeys en route to a 2 shot win at 7-under par 133. He earned $10,000 from the $48,100 purse plus $467 from the bonus pool for a total of $10,467. This was Celia's 7th win on the MLGT and biggest MLGT check.
Carson Klawonn was alone in 2nd at 135 and earned $4,433. First round leader Brett Stegmaier and Kevin Aylwin tied for 3rd at 136.
In a second day shootout Tuesday among players who shot 72 or higher Monday, Chase Johnson and Flint Bekkers each won $216 with final round scores of 68.

14 players are within 2 shots of the lead which should make for an exciting final round.

There is an optional $50 2nd day shootout for players at 72 and higher. 100% of the entry goes into the purse and the top 33% and ties will earn a check. If you'd like to participate you must sign up and pay online before the first tee time on Tuesday.
