PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Ricardo Celia from Miami, FL remains the hottest player on the MLGT backing up his win last week in Major III with a playoff win against Mike Miller. After tying at 10-under par 130 on the Champ course at PGA National, Celia rolled in a 7 foot birdie putt on the first playoff hole for the win after Miller missed his birdie bid from 18 feet.
Celia won $3,000 from the $21,795 purse plus $444 from the bonus pool for a total of $3,444. He also won the $5k Qualifying School contest bonus presented by Britto & Herman Injury Lawyers to use for Q-School next month.

Miller earned $2,756 in the regular event and $400 to put towards his Q-School entry fee.
In a second day shootout Wednesday among players who shot 72 or higher Tuesday, Cole Castro won $232 with a final round score of 68.
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Keith Greene from DeBary, FL rode a hot start to the first round lead on the Champ course at PGA National. After birding the first 3 holes, Greene added birdies at 8,9 and 15 and had a lone bogey at #12. His 5-under par 65 is one better than Eric Beringer, Mike Miller and recent Major winner Ricardo Celia.

27 of the 62 players chose to enter 2023 Qualifying School Contest #4 presented by Britto & Herman Injury Lawyers where the winner will earn $5k to put towards their Q-School entry fee. 2nd place will recieve $400 towards theirs.

There is an optional $50 2nd day shootout for players at 72 and higher. 100% of the entry goes into the purse and the top 33% and ties will earn a check. If you'd like to participate you must sign up and pay online before the first tee time on Wednesday.
