VERO BEACH, Fla. - Ty Celone and Tyler Jones match 6-under par 66's to share the opening round lead on the Dunes course at Sandridge GC. Jones did not make a bogey and had six birdies. Celone had one bogey but had one more birdie than Jones.

Blair Bursey is just one back entering Thursday's final round. Jimmy Hervol, Spencer Oxendine and Austin Gean are two back with 18 holes to play.

19 of the 54 players chose to enter Qualifying School Contest #1 presented by Britto & Herman Injury Lawyers. Celone and Jones are tied for the lead entering the final round.

There is an optional $50 2nd day shootout for players at 72 and higher. 100% of the entry goes into the purse and the top 33% and ties will earn a check. If you'd like to participate you must sign up and pay online before the first tee time on Thursday (10:55am).
