BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Jeremey Rauch from Weston, FL rode a fast start in the final round to his 3rd win on the MLGT. He started the final round 3 shots behind overnight leader Samuel King but after birdying 6 of the first 7 holes he found himself 2 shots ahead, a lead he would never relinquish. He bogied the par-3 9th which reduced his lead to one but after nine pars on the back nine he would finish one shot ahead of the field and earn the $2,400 first place check.

20 year old amateur Henry Robards who recently committed to Georgia Tech shot the lowest final round of 64 to jump up to a tie for 2nd. He earned the maximum allowed per USGA rules ($1,000) so the remainder of his prize money that he could not accept was spread out throughout the rest of the players that earned a check per MLGT policy.

First round leader Samuel King added 72 to his first round 64 and tied for 6th.

In a second day shootout Thursday among players who shot 71 or higher Wednesday, Andres Asin, Evan Katz, Bradley Goldstein and Todd Duncan won $137.50 each with a final round score of 68.

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Samuel King from Ponte Vedra, FL did not make a bogey on the East course at Indian Spring CC during the opening round en route to 64 and a three shot lead. King's birdies came at 6,7,8,10,12,13 and 18. King has had some solid finishes on the MLGT but will look to earn his first win on Thursday.

Patrick Williams, Siyan Liu, Domenico Geminiani, Jeremey Rauch and talented amateur Michael Nardone are tied for 2nd three shots behind King with 18 holes to play. Liu and Geminiani both recently qualifed for the Corales Puntacana Championship on the PGA Tour and are in good form heading into the Tour event next week.
